Our second Trust in News in New Zealand report was published on April 29, 2021. The report is produced by the AUT research centre for Journalism, Media and Democracy (JMAD), and it is authored by me and Dr Greg Treadwell. The report finds that the trust in news in New Zealand dropped in 2021, only 48% of New Zealanders trusting the news in general. The report and associated podcast are here.
